Find out how we can help
make the place you live,
the place you love.

A bit about us.

We help Kiwis fall in love with their homes again and we‘re experts at property renovations. We take old, tired, broken or just plain ugly spaces and transform them back to (and in some cases better than) their original glory, without the expense and hassle of ripping it all out to start again. Our 50+ franchise owners are local to your community and are specialists in their fields. Some offer multiple ProGroup brand services, while others prefer to stick to a single brand.

We all pride ourselves on providing you with the best possible customer experience. In fact, we believe that once you’ve used the ProGroup, you’ll never want to use anyone else.

Our Services

Our values.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism and exceptional customer service. The ProGroup itself is a family-owned Kiwi business, as are our individual franchise owners, and we believe in a healthy work/life balance for all our ProGroup whānau. We’re honest, caring, hard-working and we love what we do in our local communities.

Award winning

We’ve got dozens of awards under our belt, so you know our team has no shortage of technical expertise. But our real measure of success is our happy customers. We’re focused on making our customers’ visions a reality, with superb service along the way.

One Team

Every single one of our franchisees is backed by our extensive support network, with around the clock access to expert advice and high quality materials. When our franchisees are winning, our customers are winning too.

Quality Guaranteed

We don’t settle for anything less than the best. We’re proud to say we have great products and great people from top to bottom, so our customers can have a great home too.

Caring for the country we call home.

We’re very proud of New Zealand’s clean and green heritage. So sustainability is key to the way we work and plan for the future. We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint, as well as reducing waste and environmental pollution. We want to make New Zealand (and the world) a place our children and grandchildren will love.

Anyway, that’s us in a nutshell. We look forward to making the place you live, the place you love.
