This tired old stucco home was the embarrassment of the neighbourhood. It was talked about in hushed whispers. The current owners knew what needed to be done but they just hadn’t got around to it. There was just as much work to do inside as there was outside and, for anyone, there is only a limited amount of time available in the day. They knew the house had potential but there was just so much to do, so knowing they couldn’t do it all themselves, they called Grant from Prep&PaintPro.
Despite the fact the house looked a wreck and was sporting a lovely coat of mould, Grant was confident his team could resurrect this home and have the neighbours smiling again. With a significant amount of preparation work mostly to deal with the mould, the owners chose a sandstone colour to fit the Mexican adobe feel of their home. It painted up like a charm and although there’s still a long way to go, the first big ticket item is ticked off and everyone is over the moon.
